We are happy to open.
We are so excited! Until the CDC has lifted all restrictions, we will adhere to strict social distancing procedures for customers and our employees. If you or anyone in your family are sick with any type of contagious illness, we ask that you keep you and your pets at home. Your patience and understanding in keeping everyone safe is greatly appreciated. Hours and procedures will slowly evolve as Georgia gets back to normal. Please visit the CDC website for updated information. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/daily-life-coping/pets.html

PAYMENTS & TIPPING
All payments will be done electronically. If the credit card on file is not one you prefer using for payment, please call us in advance so we may update your files. Since the credit card machine will not be available for our wonderful tippers, please let us know the amount you would like added to your invoice prior to pick-up. We are always grateful for the thoughtfulness and appreciation you continue to show us.

“BOARDING” CHECK-OUT
We ask that everyone be on time due to close customer scheduling. If you arrive early or late, and another customer is already here checking in or out, please stay in your car until we call you. We will be sanitizing everything in-between customers, so it is important to be patient and on time.
If you need help getting your dog in and out of the car, please make sure someone comes with you. Under normal circumstance we are always happy to do that but due to social distancing we will not be coming to the car. If we get sick, there will be no one to care for the pets boarding with us. Thank you for your understanding.
We love and care about each of you so we hope this will make your vacation plans less stressful while your pet is in our care. Thank you for your continued business and we look forward to seeing everyone soon for boarding or grooming. Stay healthy and give us a call for your boarding and grooming needs! We are beyond excited!
