2023/2024 Holiday Hours:
The office will be closed to the public on the following major holidays. On major holidays we have rotating staffing schedules. Somebody is always here to care and entertain our furry friends. We split up the days so our employees may enjoy a portion of the holiday. We feel during these holidays it's important for them to spend time with their families as well. This is why the office is closed to the public but rest assured the pets day of feeding and normal activities stay the same. They still eat and play with their friends just like any other day. Their schedule and care remains the same.
Book a reservation for holidays- at least a month early- we fill up quickly! Deposits ($50) will be required for all major holidays and will go toward your stay at checkout. We require phone call notification of cancellations- 14 days before a major holiday. See our cancellation policy on our FAQ tab and below.

CANCELLATION Policy
Non-holiday reservations require a full 7-day advanced notice of any change or cancellation before the schedule check-in date to avoid being charged.
Holiday reservations are a full 14-day advanced notice of any change or cancellation before the scheduled check-in date to avoid being charged. NOTE: Happy Campers Pet Lodge will not accept voice mail cancellation notification. You must call and talk to a staff member on the phone for confirmation.
Advance Deposits
Advance deposits are required for major holidays- $50. If we are given the proper advanced cancellation notice, advance deposits will be turned into credit on the customer’s account to be used on future reservations for up to 1 full year.
If we are not given the required notice of cancellation of holiday reservations, the deposit will be forfeited, and additional charges may apply and be charged to the credit card on file. We have a long waiting list for holidays and can usually fill these rooms if advance notice is given.
